Alsatian tarte flambée
Ingredients:
Tarte flambée
200 g sour cream
250 g quark
some salt and pepper
1 - 2 onions
150 g bacon cubes
chives
Preparation:
Mix the sour cream with the quark and salt and pepper and put on the tarte flambé, smooth out. Cut the onions into small pieces and spread them with the ham cubes on the tarte flambée.
Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until it turns brown. Sprinkle fresh chives on the tarte flambé shortly before serving.
Asparagus Tarte
Ingredients:
Tarte flambée
100 g Gouda cheese
500 g asparagus
100 g sour cream
Salt pepper
25 g ham cubes
1/4 pot of chervil
Preparation:
Place the dough on a baking sheet. Roughly grate cheese. Wash and peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Slice the slices diagonally. Season sour cream with salt and pepper and spread on the dough. Spread asparagus on top, season with salt. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes according to the instructions. Sprinkle the finished tarte flambé with chervil.
Tarte flambée with chorizo
Ingredients:
Tarte flambée
200 g chorizo (Spanish pepper sausage)
100 g pesto
150 g goat cheese roll
125 g black olives
Hot peppers
Preparation:
Preheat the oven. Unroll the flame cake dough with the baking paper on a baking sheet.
Slice the chorizo. Spread pesto in blobs on the dough and top with chorizo. Crumble goat cheese and pour over it with olives and hot peppers. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven according to the package instructions.
