Nudel-/Lasagneteig
Vegetarian vegetable cake
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
700 g vegetables of your choice (e.g. zucchini, carrots, peppers, mushrooms)
1 large onion
2 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
200 g sour cream
100 g grated cheese
some salt, pepper
parsley
Preparation:
Wash, peel and dice vegetables. Dice the onion. Put the oil in a pan and lightly braise the onions. Then add all the vegetables and sauté lightly over medium heat for several minutes.
Whisk the eggs, add the sour cream, cheese and spices and stir in. Roll out the fresh organic quiche and tart dough on the baking sheet and spread the fried vegetables on top. Then pour the egg and sour cream mixture over it.
Bake the quiche for 30 minutes. A mixed salad goes well with this.
Plum pie with crumble
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
1½ kg of plums
50 g almonds, ground
For the sprinkles:
200 g of flour
125 g butter
125 g of sugar
1 pinch (s) of cinnamon
Preparation:
Place the dough on the baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with the almonds. Stone and halve the plums and spread them on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
Sprinkles:
Knead the flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon into a crumbly mass and spread it over the cake after 20 minutes. Then bake the cake for another 25 minutes.
This sheet cake also tastes great with apples or pears.
Strawberry cake with custard
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pack of custard
500 g strawberries
1 pck
2 tablespoons of sugar
50 g almonds, sliced
Preparation:
Place the dough in a suitable cake pan shape and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle shelf. Then let the floor cool on a wire rack.
Cook the pudding as indicated on the packaging and chill. Wash the strawberries, clean them, cut them in half and add a little sugar. Put the cooled pudding on the dough and spread the strawberries evenly on top.
Cook the cake glaze according to the package instructions (possibly with extracted strawberry juice) and spread hot on the strawberries. Sprinkle planed almonds over it and let everything cool down. A portion of whipped cream completes the cake.
