Baking instructions: Preheat the oven to 210°C hot air (220°C top/bottom heat). Unroll the dough with the baking paper (use as a baking base) directly on the tray.
Season 150 g of créme fráche with salt and pepper, spread evenly over the pastry and garnish to taste, e.g. with
bacon cubes and onion pieces. Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Baking time and temperature may vary slightly depending on the type of oven and topping. Not suitable for eating raw. Product must be heated through.
